The beauty queen Janina San Miguel backs out from Miss World 2008 pageant.According to the official press release of Binibining Pilinas Charities, Inc., San Miguel cited as reason for her decision was the recent death of his grandfather. As with BCPI ’s rules and regulations, 1st Runner-Up Danielle Castaño will have to replace San Miguel as the official Philippine representative to the upcoming Miss World Beauty Pageant to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 14.
